Welcome!
The SHEd is a 100% member-owned fitness cooperative for women. It is a fitness community run by our members, for our members.
It is a space used to work out together in organized classes and pop-up sweaty get-togethers. We have boxing bags, dumbbells, barbells, bands, steps, medicine balls and BYO(Bike) and trainer for spin-class. The space also includes a sweet sound system and a rubber tile floor.
Members lead classes, take classes, manage the schedule, clean the space, stock supplies, manage dues, you name it! We have a core leadership team that acts as a governing body on policy and decision-making, with every member having a say in how the fitness co-op operates.
The SHEd is not your average gym...come check out this amazing community!
